How You Can Use MohnMatrix

1. Purpose

This policy defines required behavior when using MohnMatrix APIs, web applications, and related services. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. You Must Not

• Use MohnMatrix for stalking, harassment, doxxing, or intimidation
• Use outputs for FCRA-regulated decisions without proper legal compliance
• Attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, or data exfiltration
• Automate abusive scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service traffic
• Reverse engineer security controls or bypass rate limits
• Submit malicious payloads, malware, or exploit code

3. API & Automation Rules

• Respect published authentication and rate-limit requirements
• Do not share or resell API keys outside your authorized organization
• Maintain reasonable security controls over your credentials
• Promptly rotate keys if compromise is suspected

4. Data Handling Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own lawful handling of any data obtained through the service, including retention limits, access control, and disclosure obligations under applicable law.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API access, or report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required.

Report abuse, vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity to security@mohnmatrix.com.
