All MohnMatrix payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. If you have questions about charges, need to update your payment method, or want to cancel a subscription, you can manage your billing directly through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your MohnMatrix account settings.
Common billing questions include: subscription plan changes (upgrades or downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle), refund eligibility (we honor refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, and unauthorized transactions), and payment method updates (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDC, and SOL).
MohnMatrix offers an API for legal technology companies, law firms, and enterprise clients who need programmatic access to public records data. Our API supports background check queries, court record searches, and case monitoring webhooks. Developer documentation is available at api.mohnmatrix.com.

MohnMatrix is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Our platform aggregates publicly available court records and should not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, credit decisions, insurance underwriting, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
If you believe that information displayed on MohnMatrix is inaccurate, you may submit a correction request to legal@mohnmatrix.com. We will investigate and, if the source court record has been updated or expunged, remove the information from our index. Please include the full name, state, and a description of the inaccuracy in your request.
For law enforcement subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, please direct communications to legal@mohnmatrix.com with the subject line "Legal Process" and include the case number and jurisdiction.
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Virginia residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@mohnmatrix.com with the subject line "Virginia Privacy Request."
We verify all privacy requests before processing to protect against unauthorized access to personal information. Verification typically involves confirming your identity through the email address associated with your account. We respond to all verified requests within 45 days as required by the VCDPA.

MohnMatrix partners with licensed bail bond agents, attorneys, and community organizations across Virginia. Our bondsman marketplace connects people who need bail with licensed agents in their area. Listing is free for bondsmen — you only pay per qualified lead.
