You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing section or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
No refund is issued after subscription services are used and there is no valid unresolved issue. We review exceptions case-by-case for verified problems, including:
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. Settlement timing follows Stripe and your payment network timeline and is typically shown within 5–10 business days after approval.
Where explicitly stated in-product, unused pre-funded bail wallet balances may be refundable subject to identity verification, fraud checks, and legal/operational holds. Community contributions and donations are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Send your request to billing@mohnmatrix.com with your account email, transaction date, amount, and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days.
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Excessive chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
