Authorized law-enforcement and government agencies may submit legally valid requests to legal@mohnmatrix.com.

2. Required Information

• Agency name and officer contact details
• Signed legal process (subpoena, order, warrant, etc.)
• Specific account identifiers and date range
• Statement of legal authority and jurisdiction

3. Review Standard

We review requests for legal sufficiency, scope, and jurisdiction. We may challenge overbroad or invalid requests and may seek narrowing where appropriate.

4. Emergency Requests

For emergencies involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, include "Emergency Request" in the subject line and provide specific urgency details.

5. User Notice

We may notify affected users unless legally prohibited or where doing so would create an imminent risk of harm or compromise an investigation.
