MohnMatrix applies layered technical and organizational controls to protect customer account data, billing metadata, and service integrity.

2. Core Controls

• Encryption in transit using TLS
• Role-based access controls for admin surfaces
• Webhook signature verification for payment events
• Rate limiting and abuse protection on public endpoints
• Security headers and hardening on web responses

3. Payment Security

Card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by MohnMatrix. Billing and payment method operations are handled through Stripe-hosted or Stripe Elements flows.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Protect your login credentials and API keys
• Use unique passwords and enable account security controls
• Report suspected account compromise immediately
