MohnMatrix provides AI-powered public records search and analysis tools. The Service aggregates publicly available information from court records, criminal databases, and other public registries. MohnMatrix is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

While we strive for accuracy, MohnMatrix aggregates data from third-party public sources. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided. Records may contain errors from source databases. Always verify critical information through official channels.
Some features require an account and/or payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and through Stripe customer portal billing controls.
Current plan pricing is published at /pricing (including Pro at $9.99/month, Freedom at $29.99/month, Legal Solo at $149/month, Legal Firm at $299/month, and Enterprise API at $999/month as of this effective date). Published pricing may be updated with notice as required by law.
No refund is provided after subscription services are used without a valid unresolved issue. Approved refunds are limited to verified billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or service failures we cannot resolve.
Use of this Service is subject to applicable federal and Virginia law, including FCRA-related restrictions described in our FCRA Disclaimer and conduct rules in our Acceptable Use Policy.
MohnMatrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall MohnMatrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MohnMatrix shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the city or county where MohnMatrix maintains its principal office. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MohnMatrix, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any portion of this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
All content, features, and functionality of the MohnMatrix platform — including the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of MohnMatrix and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The MohnMatrix name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MohnMatrix. You may not use such marks without our prior written consent.
Public records data displayed through our platform remains in the public domain and is not subject to our intellectual property claims. However, our AI-generated risk scores, analysis reports, risk assessments, charge code translations, and other value-added content generated by our proprietary algorithms are protected intellectual property. You may not scrape, harvest, copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute our analysis content without express written permission.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MohnMatrix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms or applicable law; (c) your use of public records data obtained through MohnMatrix for any purpose prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to decisions regarding credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
You agree not to use MohnMatrix for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform. Specifically, you agree not to:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, FCRA Disclaimer, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MohnMatrix regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Service. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
