MohnMatrix is not a Consumer Reporting Agency ("CRA") as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). The information available through our platform is sourced from publicly available records and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT use MohnMatrix data to make decisions about consumer credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose that would require compliance with the FCRA. If you need a consumer report for any of these purposes, you must use a service that is registered as a CRA and that follows FCRA requirements including adverse action notices, permissible purpose verification, and dispute resolution procedures.
MohnMatrix does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of public records displayed on our platform. Court records are sourced from Virginia court systems and are subject to the accuracy of those systems. Records may reflect pending charges that have not yet been resolved, dismissed charges, expunged records that have not yet been removed from public databases, or data entry errors by court clerks. Users should independently verify any information obtained through our platform before relying on it for any purpose.
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. Because there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, MohnMatrix does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, as stated above, we do not use third-party advertising cookies or participate in behavioral advertising networks. Virginia residents can exercise their privacy rights under the VCDPA regardless of their DNT settings.
