Walk into the Clerk's office with your packet. No fumbling for paperwork, no missing documents. Ready to go.
Why Use Property Pledge?
Your home equity is a dormant asset. Turn it into freedom for the people you love.

No waiting for appraisals. We pull county records in seconds and show your available equity immediately.
100% Legal
Virginia Code § 19.2-123 explicitly allows property bonds. We just automate the paperwork — nothing else.
Earn $MOHN Rewards
Successfully bond someone out using your property? Earn 5,000 $MOHN tokens — "Proof of Freedom" mining.
Help Your Community
Family, friends, neighbors — your unused equity can free people who can't afford a bondsman's 10% cut.
One House, Multiple Bonds
Virginia allows pledging the same property for multiple bonds as long as total equity covers all amounts.
Property Bondsman Marketplace
Don't want the risk of pledging directly? Stake your equity to a licensed Property Bondsman's portfolio. They use your equity to write bonds. You earn 2% of every fee. Think of it as "Airbnb for bail equity."
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this actually legal?
Yes. Virginia Code § 19.2-123 allows "Property Bonds" where a property owner pledges real estate equity. We automate the paperwork preparation — the magistrate still approves the bond.
Do I have to go to court in person?
Yes — Virginia currently requires the property owner to appear at the Magistrate's or Clerk's office. We can't change the law (yet), but we make sure you walk in fully prepared with every document ready.
What if the person I bonded out doesn't show up?
This is the real risk. If the defendant fails to appear, the court can issue a lien on your property. Only pledge for people you trust. We recommend family bonds only.
How much does the packet cost?
Just $29 for a complete Magistrate-Ready packet including tax assessment, equity calculation, and all required forms.
Can I pledge for strangers?
Legally yes, but we strongly recommend family bonds only. For community pledging, consider our Property Bondsman Marketplace where licensed bondsmen pool community equity safely.
