Free plan users also get access to the Community Eye basic map (showing recent arrests in your area with a 24-hour delay), community forum access, and 5 minutes per day of live police scanner streaming. The Free plan is ideal for someone who needs a one-time check — verifying a new roommate, checking a contractor, or screening a date.
Pro Plan — For Regular Screening Needs
At $9.99 per month, the Pro plan includes 10 background checks per month, the full Community Eye map with real-time alerts, real-time arrest feed (no 24-hour delay), extended police scanner access (1 hour per day), sex offender map overlay, and saved reports with search history. The Pro plan is designed for landlords screening tenants (in compliance with the Fair Housing Act), small business owners conducting pre-employment checks, parents monitoring their neighborhood, and individuals who want ongoing awareness of criminal activity in their community.
Pro plan subscribers also get access to our sex offender map overlay, which layers registered sex offender locations (from the Virginia State Police registry under § 9.1-900) onto the Community Eye map. This feature is particularly valuable for parents with school-age children, daycare operators, and community organizations that work with vulnerable populations.
Freedom Plan — Unlimited Access
The Freedom plan at $29.99 per month is our all-access tier. It includes unlimited background checks, the full Community Eye Pro experience with push notification alerts, unlimited police scanner access, priority bondsman access, 500 $MOHN tokens per month, and — uniquely — a $200 bail credit. If you or a covered family member is arrested while you are an active Freedom subscriber, MohnMatrix provides a $200 credit toward bail bond fees, reducing the immediate financial burden during a crisis.

Billing, Refunds & Cancellation
All MohnMatrix subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to all paid features until then. No refund is issued after subscription services have been used and no valid unresolved issue exists. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact our support team and we will investigate and issue a prorated credit or refund as appropriate.
